• From January 2026 (all formats):

  • Adaptive testing in Reading & Listening: Questions now adjust in real time based on your performance—tailoring challenge to your level and reducing cultural bias.

  • Dual scoring system: Alongside the familiar 0–120 score, you’ll now see a new intuitive 1–6 band aligned with the CEFR—making your score instantly relatable to global standards.

  • Speedier results: Expect your scores within 72 hours—perfect for tight application deadlines.

  • Smoother booking process, refreshed prep materials (many free from July), and upgraded stereo headphones in test centers worldwide.
